‘Tis the season to get that butt in shape! While squats are all the rage, there are endless ways to strengthen your legs and build the booty you want. Fitness leader, Sharita Jennings of GetFitLikeThat.com, has put together a quick workout that you can do with just a chair.

You can drop it like it’s hot in the office, or lift what your mama gave you right in your living room. These three simple moves will target the large muscle groups in your legs and the big and small muscles that make up your glutes, to give you just the right lift in the back.

To do this workout, simply grab a chair (a sturdy, solid chair is best) and clear a space to lie down. Whether you do this workout on its own, or you add it onto your leg day, aim to complete at least 3 sets of 12 reps per leg. For the last move, the “booty squeeze,” just try to hold the position for as long as you can for some serious glute pumpage!
