  • Event Activation Opportunities (remotes, pop-ups, community events, giveaways)

  • Vendor Marketplace Campaigns (featured business listings, digital campaigns, listener reward integrations)

Each opportunity is tailored to reach highly engaged listeners across entertainment, community, lifestyle, and local business categories.

Sales / Order Minimums & Pricing (Consultation Required)

WCCG 104.5 FM does not publish universal pricing because each business has unique needs. All pricing and package recommendations require a free consultation with:

  • A Sales Representative,

  • The Promotions Director, or

  • The Content Director.

This consultation evaluates:

  • Business goals

  • Target audience and geographic focus

  • Preferred platforms (radio, digital, streaming, marketplace, or multi-platform)

  • Creative support needs

  • Campaign duration

  • Promotions or event engagement desires

A custom proposal will be delivered after the consultation, including tailored strategy, deliverables, and budget recommendations.

Creative Requirements & Technical Specifications

To ensure high-quality delivery, advertisers must meet the following creative standards:

On-Air Radio Spots

  • Copy/scripts must be submitted at least 5 business days before launch.

  • Station-produced ads will be sent for approval before airing.

  • Advertisers must own rights to all referenced music, sound effects, or claims.

  • Live reads and endorsements require advanced approval.

Digital/Streaming Assets

  • Audio files must be submitted in MP3 or WAV format (standard bit-rate).

  • Digital banner ads must be provided in the specified pixel dimensions and formats (JPG/PNG/GIF).

  • Landing pages must be functional and mobile-friendly prior to launch.

Social Media & Event Materials

  • Images, logos, and videos must be high-resolution and appropriately licensed.

  • Event materials (banners, displays, giveaways) must follow station and venue rules.

  • No copyrighted content may be used without legal ownership or permission.

Branding, Content & Legal Compliance

WCCG 104.5 FM adheres to all local, state, and federal broadcast regulations including FCC standards. Advertisers must ensure that:

  • All claims can be legally supported and verified.

  • Content is free of false, deceptive, or misleading offers.

  • All advertisements avoid obscene, graphic, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

  • Intellectual property rights are respected (logos, music, slogans).

  • Required disclaimers are included for financial, medical, or high-risk services.

  • Promotions and contests comply with North Carolina promotional laws.

The station reserves the right to decline or remove any advertisement that violates policy.

Campaign Timing, Scheduling & Delivery Requirements

To ensure smooth operations:

  • Campaign dates must be confirmed before production begins.

  • Advertisers should submit all creative materials at least 5–7 business days prior to launch.

  • Scheduling preferences will be honored when possible but cannot be guaranteed during high-demand periods.

  • If creative is late, the station may adjust the start date or require alternative turnaround timelines.

  • Blackout periods may apply for specialty programming or holidays.

Metrics, Performance & Reporting

Advertisers receive performance data based on their campaign type:

On-Air Campaigns

  • Confirmation of scheduled commercial placements.

  • Logs of aired spots (date/time stamp).

  • Estimated audience reach.

Digital & Social Media

  • Impressions, reach, clicks, and engagement metrics where trackable.

  • Performance snapshots periodically during the campaign.

Vendor Marketplace & Listener Rewards

  • Number of clicks, interactions, and point redemptions assigned to their business.

  • Engagement summaries at the conclusion of the campaign.

Metrics are based on platform data and standard industry tracking—not guaranteed conversions.

Vendor Marketplace & Campaign Portal Policies

Businesses participating in the digital marketplace must:

  • Create a verified vendor profile with accurate information.

  • Provide legally compliant copy, images, offers, and coupons.

  • Honor all promotions listed through the platform.

  • Maintain updated content throughout the campaign duration.

  • Comply with listener-rewards integration if using point-earning features.

The station may remove or suspend listings that violate guidelines.

Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Because campaigns involve scheduled airtime and digital placement:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing.

  • After materials are scheduled or produced, cancellations may be limited or subject to policy.

  • If the station is unable to fulfill agreed deliverables, make-good options will be provided based on availability.

  • Refunds are only issued if mutually agreed-upon deliverables cannot be met.

Production, Editing & Approval Workflow

  • Advertisers receive proof versions of all station-produced ads.

  • One round of revisions is included (additional edits may require extended timelines).

  • Final approval from the advertiser is mandatory before airing or publishing.

  • Production time varies based on complexity.

Payment Terms & Billing Requirements

  • A signed agreement or insertion order is required before campaign activation.

  • Payment terms are discussed during the consultation.

  • Invoices must be paid according to agreed terms to maintain active campaign scheduling.

  • Past-due accounts may result in service suspension.

  • Advertiser is responsible for fulfilling all offers, discounts, or promotions advertised.

Station Responsibilities & Service Standards

WCCG 104.5 FM will:

  • Deliver all agreed broadcast, digital, or social activations per the approved proposal.

  • Maintain professional production quality.

  • Communicate promptly regarding any scheduling or technical issues.

  • Provide reporting and summaries as outlined for each campaign type.

  • Uphold FCC compliance for all aired content.

  • Support advertisers through a dedicated sales and promotions team.

Contracting, Approvals & Final Documentation

To finalize any advertising, promotional, or vendor-based partnership:

  • All advertisers must sign an official campaign agreement or digital insertion order.

  • Any changes after signing require written approval via an addendum.

  • Advertisers must review all creative pieces and confirm accuracy.

  • Both parties will maintain documentation for future reference.

  • A post-campaign review is available upon request.
