Whether you’re releasing a new single, promoting an upcoming project, or introducing your sound to a wider audience, we’re excited to hear what you’ve created.

Before completing this form, please review and prepare the following, as all submissions must meet FCC and station guidelines:

• A clean, radio-ready version of your song (no profanity, explicit content, or FCC violations)

• Your artist and label information

• Your cover art (optional)

• Your ISRC code, distributor info, and PRO registration (if available)

• Confirmation that your music does not involve payments, incentives, or gifts tied to airplay (FCC Payola/Plugola compliance)

• Any additional materials needed to properly identify and evaluate your submission

All music is reviewed solely by the Program Director, and submission does not guarantee airplay. Providing complete and accurate information helps us evaluate your record, maintain legal compliance, and ensure our broadcast standards are upheld. The more details you share, the smoother the review process will be.

To comply with all FCC Payola and Plugola regulations, you must acknowledge:

PAYOLA RULE:
It is illegal to offer payment, goods, services, or other valuable consideration in exchange for airplay without full disclosure and prior authorization.
Submitting music does not involve payment, nor will airplay ever be exchanged for money, gifts, or favors.

PLUGOLA RULE:
You must disclose any financial interest in products, venues, events, or services referenced in your submission.

By checking the box below, you certify that:

  • You are not offering payment or incentives for airplay.

  • You have disclosed all promotional or financial interests related to your music.

  • You understand that any attempt to engage in payola is illegal under federal law (47 U.S.C. § 317 & § 508).
